Emperor Sheev Palpatine from Star Wars. This model is him from his sneaky days during the Clone Wars.
I immensely enjoy his character from the Star Wars universe and the novel, Star Wars: Darth Plagueis, is one of my favorites so far.
Creating this model was a great way to use Substance Painters skin materials and cloth brushes. It really makes me want to add additional models of his transformation into Darth Sidious.
